IOS Care has adapted our service to ensure that we are following government guidelines in relation to providing a safe environment when fulfilling our care and support duties.
Our PPE stock is regularly replenished and all of our staff wear full PPE when delivering care, this entails wearing a visor, mask, gloves and an apron at all times. Staff regularly change their PPE when required, wash their hands and use sanitiser.
All staff complete Covid and Infection Control training before commencing work with IOS Care and all have received their first Covid vaccine. We encourage regular Covid testing for all staff and make a record of it.
