Due to a recent promotion IOS Care is currently looking to appoint a new Registered Manager for our branch in Cardiff, it is a fantastic career opportunity!
You must have:
- Experience within domiciliary care as a manager.
- Registered managers must have the necessary qualifications, skills and experience.
- Must have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
- Previously gained qualifications, skills and experience will significantly support your competence in this important leadership role.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- CIW compliance
- Ensuring a safe service is delivered to our clients at all times
- Overall management of the business
